By now you should have received an email with information on how to register for ICD's 2018 National Conference, which will be held in Philadelphia on June 6-7. If not you can find all that information HERE.
The conference will be held at the Sonesta Rittenhouse Square hotel, which is a union property. This hotel is right in the middle of the city, so I don't anticipate needing a car to get around, if you were curious. And if you are driving in, please be aware that we have negotiated 15% off the usual valet rates. Valet is the only option available the Sonesta.
As we have in the past, we do plan to invite a select few vendors to attend the conference. We are also in the midst of organizing a Site Showcase for this conference, meaning that programs will have the opporunity to highlight whatever endeavor they feel has been particularly successful for them. We anticipate the Site Showcase occupying the same physical space in the hotel as the Vendor Exhibit -- just on the following day once the vendors move out. You will be hearing more about the Site Showcase in the coming days and weeks.
This year we are giving away free ICD Conference polo shirts to all who register. The only catch is you have to register by April 16 so we can place our order and ensure your size.
