New Member Training

This training is designed for new Coordinators and new Local Joint Committee Members.  It provides an introduction to the program as a whole, an experience of successful sites through learning center tours, and a chance to network with staff and other Coordinators and LJC members old and new.  The agenda will include topics such as classes, funding, evaluation, policy and communications. 

The training itself will begin at the USW/ArcelorMittal – Burns Harbor Learning Center located at 1275½ McCool Road in Burns Harbor, IN at 9:00 a.m. on October 24, 2017.  The second day of training will include tours of a number of Northwest Indiana learning centers.  Contact Stephanie Stalmah  or your Program Specialist for questions at 219-738-9029.
